Sanford, M.S., CCC-A Mark J. Sanford, M.S., CCC-A


Mark J. Sanford, M.S., CCC-A has successfully owned and managed CSG Better Hearing Center since 1994 and has over 20 years of experience in hearing healthcare. He earned his Masters in Communicative Disorders, Audiology at the University of Texas in Dallas. In addition to being on the advisory board for several hearing aid manufacturers, he gives presentations both locally and nationally about hearing loss and hearing aid technology. He has published articles on hearing technology and related topics.

Suison, M.S., CCC-A Cyryl Suison, M.S., CCC-A


Cyryl Suison, M.S., CCC-A earned his Masters in Audiology at California State University-Sacramento. Cy joined CSG Better Hearing in August 2006 and has worked primarily in the diagnostic field in both hospital and private practice settings. Cys clinical skills, knowledge of the latest hearing technology and love for the adult population enable patients to feel empowered about creating a bridge to better communication and consequently enriching the lives of those who have difficulty hearing.

Hendrix, Au.D Heather Hendrix, Au.D


Heather Hendrix, Au.D, received her Doctor of Audiology at Louisiana Tech University and completed her clinical fellowship year with CSG Better Hearing. Dr. Hendrixs previous experience includes work in the hospital setting and the clinic of an ENT physician. This has allowed her to work with a variety of patients with different hearing needs.

Zhao, Au.D., CCC-A Lisa Zhao, Au.D., CCC-A


Lisa Zhao has been working with hearing devices since 2001 and received her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Florida-Gainsville. Dr. Zhao believes that understanding a patients individual lifestyle is very important to help patients hear better and to improve their quality of life. Although she has experience working in both the medical and private practice settings, she enjoys working in private practice because of the ability to develop close relationships with patients.
