Alex joined the Better Hearing Center team in 2023 as a Patient Care Coordinator in our San Francisco office. With a background in technology, software, and the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex laboratory equipment, he brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to our team.

Alex is passionate about expanding his knowledge of the hearing healthcare field and enjoys learning about the many aspects of our practice. His long-term goal is to become a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, and he is committed to developing the knowledge and skills needed to provide exceptional patient care.
