Mrs. Flores has had many years of experience working with the hearing impaired as a Hearing Instrument Specialist since being licensed by the state in 1987. She performs hearing tests to determine the need for amplification and counsels regarding all available styles and technologies of hearing aids. Mrs. Flores attends many training and continuing education programs each year to maximize her effectiveness and provide excellence in service at the center.
