Lonnie’s journey with Better Hearing Center began many years ago when she worked as a Patient Care Coordinator in our Walnut Creek office. After taking time away to raise her family, she later returned to Better Hearing Center with the goal of becoming a Hearing Aid Dispenser, and we were delighted to welcome her back to our team.

Since earning her license, Lonnie has become a highly skilled and trusted provider whose knowledge and expertise are valued by both her patients and her colleagues. She is known for her kindness, patience, and genuine compassion, always taking the time to ensure her patients feel comfortable, heard, and receive exceptional care. We are proud to have Lonnie as an important member of the Better Hearing Center team.
